Our support team will connect you with the seller for confirmation.
The seller may request additional details or photos to validate the return request.
The seller must approve all returns based on the item’s condition and eligibility criteria.
Once the seller confirms the return, the buyer will receive return instructions and shipping details.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the seller agrees to cover them in cases such as defective or incorrect items.
Refunds are processed in the following steps:
The seller receives the returned item.
The item is inspected to confirm it meets return eligibility.
Once approved, the refund is initiated by the seller.
The approved amount is credited to the buyer’s original payment method within five (5) business days of approval.
Certain items may not be eligible for return, including but not limited to:
Perishable goods
Personalized or custom-made items
Hygiene-related or used products
